Our local delivery fees as per our terms and conditions include kerbside delivery only (or near your front entrance). Of course we do gladly help customers who would battle to move things around on their own and the driver will happily lend a hand.
However, with large and/or very heavy items, should you require additional assistance in moving them around the side of your property to the back garden or through your house and you are unable to assist the driver personally personally then we may need to send an extra pair of hands or two with the delivery van driver.
Each large purchase is considered separately. We would need to know upfront what is involved in getting your purchase to the required spot in your garden before we agree to providing the additional labour.
Please note that we are not insured for any damages that might arise from having to move items at your request through your house or around the side of your property where there may be low-hanging shrubs, guttering or very narrow access. This will be entirely at your risk, so please check that what you are ordering will fit/be able to be moved into position easily.
